An excellent informative book

An excellent informative book. The early background although not necessary made the book a thoroughly enjoyable read. Some of the diagrams could have been placed better however I understand why they were not (would have broken the flow of the text). Still it was simple and straight forward, easy to read and easy to follow. Not something for the novice to try but if you already massage your horse this is the next logical step to home management of your pony's health and wellbeing.

Practical humorous (dry) instruction in chiropractic horse moves

Informative instruction. To the point. Delivered with some dry humour and sometimes with tongue in cheek. No fluffing around and emotionally weighted statements. Not brought as a religion. Great read. It would be great if there was a practical day to follow up the booklet with. There is some video support on the internet where some of the moves are being demonstrated. This is a very helpful book for interested vets and other people with sufficient prior anatomical and horse knowledge. This book sparked further interest in the subject. I will buy "The Well Adjusted Dog" next.

I bought this book to help me with my mule since we do not have a valid equine chiro within a 300 mile radius.
This book is well written, the descriptions of treatment and pictures are well done. I'm a sonographer so the descriptions were easy for me to understand, I think they would be too for someone non medical.
With this book and the massage for preformance horses dvd, my mule is sound finally. Had he not been, he would be on a 5hr one way road trip to denver next weekend.
I thank the guy that wrote this and my mule thanks you too.
